Provo Utah

I ran a race this morning in Provo Utah. When I arrived yesterday I was talking about how the record time on the course was only 20:12 and I thought I could beat that if I pushed it hard. Lets just assume that I was wrong. First of all I didnt consider the weather as much as I should have. It was 31 and snowing. My Brother had to give me a hat to wear (Good Looking Out) and didnt think I needed gloves. For future reference you need gloves when running in the cold while its snowing because they will get wet and go numb in no time at all. I started fine but around 1 mile or 1 1/2 I got in trouble. I couldnt feel my hands anymore so I stopped and stuck them under my arms and walked for awhile until they started to hurt again then took off running again. This was by far the hardest run I have done but it was cool I hung out with Ralphael and the Family so all and all its been a good day.
